Funny you mention Darryl Hall, Rick Emmett was on "Live From Darry's House" not long ago and sounded spectacular, so I'm hopeful.

I think they peaked on Thunder 7. I saw the Allied Forces, Thunder 7 and Sport Of Kings tours. While SOK had the best "show" the best performance was easily the Thunder 7 tour.

While I agree it's basically a tribute band there is one original guitar player touring with them.

Yeah I know, but it's Triumph I really want to see again. And they've never had an opening act and I never got to see "April Wine" so basically a tribute band is fine as an opener.

Exactly the problem! If you like "classic rock" Triumph is one of the most inspiring bands ever. They should have been way bigger.
