Es ist leider so wahr... und es tut auch jedes Mal aufs Neue weh, zu merken, dass man umsonst Energie investiert. Will mich da etwas zurückziehen und wenn mir nicht entgegenkommt, merkt man ja, wie einseitig das alles war... 😔

Meine unpopular opinion ist, dass ich künftig keine Energie investieren will in jene, die sich nicht in the slightest um mich bemühen. Ich will einfach nicht mehr diejenigen sein, die emotional mehr invested in eine Beziehung ist und rein gar nichts zurück kriegt. Das ist einfach nur draining.

Was meint ihr: Wenn ich die Würfel wieder verkaufe - Etsy Shop reaktivieren? Bedeutet aber, dass ich die Sets deutlich teurer machen muss, weil die Gebühren ultra hoch sind 😓 Ansonsten neuer Shop via Ko-Fi? Oder formlos und unkompliziert via bsky/insta für Mutuals mit Interesse?

Ich weiß, ich sollte wegen 3-4 Kilo drauf nicht sad sein, vor allem weil ich weiß, dass es von mangelnder Bewegung, schlechter Ernährung und wenig Konsistenz bei meinen Routinen kommt, aber ugh... ich fühl mich so dermaßen unwohl, träge und aufgebläht 🥲 Kein Wunder, dass ich mich nicht ansehen kann.
