CMHC says a "comfortable" income for a family of 4 is between $62K and $75K per year.
I don't know what they're smoking but, especially in larger centers, that won't be enough.

What's most interesting to me is the lack of effort Putin made to keep Assad in power. He either has other plans, or didn't have the military resources available to prop him up.
