First swim for many many weeks so quite please with the distance. The pool water is so warm it’s quite uncomfortable to properly swim.

I had a very nice 13 kilometre run in perfect weather this morning. How I got a PB for 10k I’ll never know. My runs are slow, slow and slower, then stop! 😂

That’s my first proper swim since 7th June, so quite pleased I managed 2.1 kilometres. Had the pool all to myself
