The only person seriously covering NPSM-7 is Ken Klippenstein. Mainstream media is virtually silent. It's a new security directive that puts Americans on a terror watchlist just for holding common political opinions, once guaranteed free speech under the First Amendment.

New directive targets “anti-Christian,” “anti-American,” and “anti-capitalism” opinions

Americans have less faith in the ability of the country’s political system to solve problems than they had five years ago, with a large majority now believing that the U.S. is incapable of overcoming its deep divisions, according to a poll by The New York Times and Siena University. nyti.ms/476StrS
A line graph titled "Most Americans Think the Country's Divisions Cannot Be Overcome, Poll Says." It shows 64% of respondents saying that America's political system is too politically divided to solve the nation's problems, and 33% saying the system can still address the nation's problems.

Pleasant dream last night. A law said if a govt shutdown lasted more than 3 days, every taxpayer got a $1K rebate—plus $500 more for every 3 days after that. If any politician blamed the other party, the rebate jumped to $5,000. Lawmakers scrambled to cut deals.

Just some clarity on this Super Bowl halftime show stuff: Bad Bunny IS an American citizen. And by the way, The Who and U2 are not, but there weren't any complaints then about non-citizens playing.

SOP: Never miss an opportunity to be as cruel as possible, always be dividing, treat everyone like they're nothing more than garbage, unless, of course, you can get something out of them, then shamelessly suck up like there's no tomorrow. But discard them once they're no longer useful.

Do not oppose fascists. Do not resist them. Do not criticize them. Okay, I think we understand what Stephen Miller is telling us.

This is the fourth time the federal government has run out of money and shut down under Trump. Three during his first administration, and now, this one. But even with a bitterly divided Congress, there were no shutdowns under Biden.
