For a lot of people, they absolutely do.
We need an education programme about privacy settings as far too many just go default, and for fucksake add in a section about how the ECHR protections of privacy are about the only think stopping all that info being sold on a non-anonymised basis.

Not yet, but i fully expect that at some point he will be the differential who will hauls lots of people up the rankings.
