Legal stuff. Wind farms. Biotech. Sometimes agriculture.
Dammit. I know just the person for him, but she's part Ivory coast/Italian/Indian/Iranian/Irish.

I get those ads without the conversations. I think that it is the time of year for marketing campaigns so the thing that drove you to discuss leaflets may be more of what drive them to advertise at the same time.

Bigger question arises: is marketing a seasonal biological imperative?

Look at you with fancy Naim stuff.

I'm hoping the uptick in Qobuz will provoke more integrations.

Well, I'm campaigning to have the Treaty of Lambeth 1217 declared void, as signed under duress, reuniting the French and English Kingdoms and declaring Yorkshire as being French.

I need to watch that again. Not seen it in 30 years and still love the bit where they stumble across the other film crew.

Found a shortcoming! Podcast Addict doesn't play with Sonos!

On the same point, nor does Qobuz through it's own app yet, but there is facility Sonos-side to add it, but this does make for a slightly clunky interface.

My uncle (who looks like Merv Hughes slightly more Australian brother). Off Rotto in his boat once, very pissed, he hit some rocks and his mate panicked and sent off distress flares.
My uncle proceeded to chin the coastguard trying to rescue him with a cry of "I'm going down with my boat!"

From being brought up with Garfield cartoons in the 80's I can confirm that "scarf" is the noise when eating lasagne.

I'm afraid I can only explain the supply side. Maybe a caveat is that due to the ease of making and "marketing", the people doing it are not bright - and so have simply ticked the box on social media of "send to all who may have pets"

Also: I have a spare cat I can send you.

Pet food is the lovely intersection of repeat purchase, can be priced premium (spending on pets is a luxury), in bulk (for direct sales to consumers on web), even though it is literally animal-grade fodder.

No barriers to entry though so every perma-tan, white-toothed idiot is marketing it.

(I do know how much traction really : nigh on naff all)

Someone this week (was it you?!) when commenting on Starmer's "messaging" (awful phrase) pointed out that he actually can talk like a normal human, and is quite good at it, but they all seem completely hamstrung by doing 'the message' at the moment.

Just let go.

Perhaps more interestingly he did mention the Tories by name though (in a once Tory heartland) - only to completely dismiss them as an irrelevance.

Aside from the POC point, this week a local NFU talk to a load of farmers (whilst trying really hard to remain impartial as they must) effectively debunked all the "airy promises without any foundation" of a certain party. Don't know how much traction that will have with the demographic.
