When WHEN ONE MAN DIES came out in Sept of 2007, I did a one day stock signing. I went to every independent bookstore in northern NJ. & there were crowds there! I was shocked at the first two places I signed at to see so many people, until I saw the Restaurant Impossible guy following my route.
