Virgin reneged on a written contract renewal. Yes, something I had in writing they wouldn't honour. Somewhat cornered and needing the connectivity I had to take it. When this expires they can get in the sea, and I will have great pleasure in telling them to poke it. Community Fibre is here now..

They actually reneged on a contract offer I had in writing. Given circumstances, and limited time to get into a further tussle I renewed at what was a small extra cost; Not life changing, but there is no way on this earth I will continue to use them after this contract finishes.
