I understand great lakes growing up in Northern Indiana not far from Lake Michigan.
1 time someone in Maryland asked if I was from Indiana because he recognized my accent. I had no idea that I had an accent at all.

Finally the National Archives copy completed the Download. It just took a really long time.

National Archives has it but I cannot get the epub to download properly.
I did get it in PDF format in case the Grand Pooba decides to remove it.
