Just come back from amazing 🎄 break in Beitostolen 🇳🇴.

Thanks for all the nice comments. The aurora in Suffolk started as a green rope, then there were red shafts, and it died down with a green and red glow..

Beautiful sky a few days ago in #Beccles but look at all the contrails.

When I was young, this would have been a near cloudless photo, but today contrails can cover a lot of the sky if conditions favour them.
