I agree that America is not safe for foreigners.
I agree that they have already been harassing and detaining Canadians.
However, I am still 99% sure that this new proposal does not apply to Canadians. Why do you think it does apply?

This proposed new rule applies to citizens of France, UK, Germany and about 40 other countries. But I am 99% sure that it does NOT apply to Canadians.

Adopted from the local Humane Society. A note on her cage said she had been adopted once but returned to the shelter. The reason: she was deemed to be "not friendly"!
And she was indeed a handful for the first few days...but after that nothing but love!
