I used to fast when I was much younger. Always liked it, never a problem. I hadn't thought about it for years until I saw your post. Just wondering if you follow a plan, or if you go by your own wise instincts. Maintaining fitness at 72 is a challenge, but this may be worth a shot again. Thanks.
