Wondering if I took the same class. I do recall the professor being VERY clear about how abhorrent the content was before screening it, and being very clear that the reason we were watching was it was the first time specific filiming techniques were ever used.

Our are cities/towns in the state, which lead to some big-time confusion the first time someone booked a meeting in "Valdosta". People showing up 4 hours away on the other side of the state....

I've done the hide in one room/part of the house thing when I've had this situation arise in the past. Typically will let them know up front, and switch to another area of the house when they are done with it.
It's worked for me, but I recognize each person/home is different.

I won't ask anyone to go listen to it, but IF YOU DO, please be sure to get the video version with the lyrics superimposed over the video as it plays. I don't think it would have hit quite the same if I didn't see the text of "YOU HATIN FUUUUUUUUUUCKS, DOOKIE" scrolling across the screen.

Long as you told him you are sorry, let him know it was a mistake and not his fault, and emphasized that you love him and will always do your best then it'll all be alright. Important thing is that he knows you love him, and I've no doubt he does.
