Not without hundreds of million dollar tax hikes on CEOs and demands CBS News/all network news divisions/CNN be turned over to non profit ownership and Corporation for Public Broadcasting level editorial guidelines - with intent to break up WBD/Disney/Universal/Paramount if they refuse
