The jury in the Brian Walshe trial is now empaneled with 16, which includes 4 alternates. The prosecution and defense have spent the past 3 days carefully picking who they want to decide this case. Opening statements are scheduled for 12/1. @nbcboston.com

On the day jury selection in his trial was set to begin, Brian Walshe changed his plea from not guilty to guilty in two of the charges against him -- intimidation of a witness, juror or court official and disinterment of a body. @nbcboston.com
