No, the trigger was pulled by the ICE agent. Trump made it possible, and made the choice to murder this woman. Acknowledging the agent's choice doesn't remove blame from Trump. Why can't they both be accountable for their choices? I'm really struggling to see it your way.

People are outraged that an ICE agent killed a woman, they believe he, and the other officers involved could have made other choices that didn't result in her death. They're angry because they give a shit too. There's nothing wrong with that, or them.
