The folks who were complaining about the cost of eggs last year are now threatening to take their $70,000 for a new truck to the place across the street? 🤔

Divorce. We tried...it's just not working.

You may be right...who knows what the future holds. I will make one point though...military action requires oil. The US strategic oil reserve stands at 58% and continues to fall. It seems likely that the US is going to become embroiled in one or more large-scale conflicts in the next decade.

Rest assured, this pit of depravity is bottomless.

They want it, they just don't want to pay for it. Now Trump is in a position where he'll have to use taxpayer money to finance the modernization of Venezuela's petroleum infrastructure.

"They don't need to, Americans don't bring guns to confront police/occupying paramilitary forces." This is generally true of protesters, but not rioters. Example, J6. The ICE protests we have seen so far have been peaceful, but don't expect that to last forever.

I'm 100% for releasing the files, because it's the right thing to do. Let's put some effort into getting those folks who only care about pedophilia to also care about murder and kidnapping though, because Vance isn't in the files, and he's next in line.

Help is not on the way. He's hanging these people out to dry.

I miss the days when lawmakers spoke like adults. Who is this message supposed to resonate with?

You're right, it was a poor gambit, and they need to do better, by focusing on real governance, not divisive, knee-jerk issues that frankly, the government has no business being involved in. Not everyone will be receptive, and that is fine.

Democrats would do well to broaden the scope of their campaign work to sway Republicans who are souring on Trump. Present facts and real-life experiences. Stop thinking exclusively in terms of red and blue, tax brackets and skin color. Be the party of pragmatism.

That is a pretty outrageous comparison.

While many people disagree with the mission, the fundamental problem is in how they are executing that mission, and the general lack of oversight and accountability that is a necessary check on that power. They could execute the mission without violating people's civil rights. They choose not to.

They are busy hoarding weapons and buying ammunition as soon as it hits the market.

Prior to rounding them up for extermination, the Nazis changed gun laws to forbid Jews from owning firearms (and other weapons), under the premise that they could not be trusted. The Trump admin could do the same thing to any group they declare domestic terrorists, after a martial law declaration.

Cap the human population at 1 billion, and you solve climate change, poverty and famine. It's a simple, responsible solution. Is there a down-side?
