Trump knew that he was going to blow up the economy with his massive world wide tariffs, but he did it anyway. He wanted to hurt average Americans - Mission Accomplished! There was absolutely no need to roll out tariffs so haphazardly. He wanted to inflict pain. Repubs stood by and watched.
