Bought myself an air fryer to replace my oven use during hot Aussie summer. This is my latest creation. Air fried Carrot and Parsnip chips in pan fried peas, onion, capsicum. Topped with air fried BBQ chicken wings. Delish.

Just had scar tissue from cataract surgery on my right lens zapped off with a laser at the ophthalmologist. After some eye tests and anesthetizing drops, 2 min wait, ~dozen pops with the laser. All over in about 30s. $200 for the consult/tests. Laser treat was $350. Will get $426 back from Medicare

Skye is a relatively clean dog with grass, grime and dust that seem to just fall off her coat but can’t say she usually smells like anything other than a dog. But a few days a year when the Jasmine blooms above her fave spot to lay in the yard she smells real nice.

Skye is besotted with balls and we play catch in the back garden every afternoon. Willow used to play but now all she does is watch from the sidelines.

No I didn’t use those clippers on my Border Collies backside, I use scissors for their annual summer crutch clip. This one was BC Willow who found and ate a human vomit at the park and then developed the “runs” so to make it easier to clean her up I brought fwd her clip.

I have Border Collie pictures galore to post. My older dog, Willow, is 13 while the younger one, Skye the tricolor, is 12. The dog laying down is Bailey the neighbors dog stay with us for a few days.
