I don't remember the Trump White House saying squat after Minnesota House Speaker, Melissa Hortman, and her husband were killed in a targeted assassination attempt and Minnesota Senator John Hoffman and his wife were shot. Same thing after Dem gov Josh Shapiro's residence was fire bombed.

Mix it up, the way to build is by constantly changing your approach. Also, unless you're power lifting for contests, or playing football, etc., you should spend very little time lifting heavy w/low reps, unless you're looking for something to brag about at bars/parties.
