My no knead bread this week! I tried more yeast and now it has a yeasty taste profile. Will adjust next week! Who knew 4 ingredient bread had so many lessons to learn….

I upped my game on making no knead bread. Went to Bob’s Red Mill and got Artisan Flour. I also ordered a baking scale online. We will know tomorrow if this made any difference!

I belong to the Northwest Vintage Radio Society for almost 20 years in Portland. They auctioned off over 200 radios today. Might be largest sale in club history. Scored 3 1950’s radio. Got this rare Philco 51-531 vacuum tube radio for $25. Made in Phili, PA in 1951. Going in for surgery soon!

My 1961 BIGG of California S-35-B tube amp goes back on the bench for surgery. One channel starting dropping in volume. I have serial #12 and only known surviving unit. I use this with my turntable and vintage Dynaco speakers purely for fun.
