UNISON members working as therapists and counsellors are on strike as @mind.org.uk are refusing to pay them the correct salary. All they are asking for is to paid the same as those in the NHS doing exactly the same job. Waiting lists are going up. Mind must stop exploiting their workers!

Been at UNISON Eastern’s annual OneUNISON weekend - branch officer training, member learning and celebrations of the region’s many successes last year! 140 passionate and political members attended and I had pleasure of training our six newest branch secretaries 🌟
