I had a choir colleague. About 50 he was diagnosed w tongue/throat cancer, he hoped to recover, he didn't.
I'm not sexually active. Was too old to get as a kid. Too old for insurance to cover as I was >40. I paid out of pocket to get it.
Here boys & girls both get it now as a matter of course.

Ok, so heart disease is 20% of the problem. If there were no gun deaths, or realistically, G20 per capital gun deaths, then heart would have a much bigger share than 20%.
