The word resilient has become a bit of a curse. Could we stop being that because all the pumps work and streets are being fixed? And while we're at it, let's extend the idea that the 2nd line is always better when we're focused on dancing and not who is dancing next to us. Merçi, sha.

Depends on your distance from the spot, I suppose. Days after that awful event we had the parades that start the Carnival Season, a Superb Owl (that was a mixed bag, the FQ was overrun by armed people, not a fun bunch), and then Mardi Gras. Mardi Gras was March 4th.
