Years ago I was rummaging in a garbage pile inside the abandoned Sears Automotive Centre at Hillside Mall in Victoria and found this 1988 original hand-drawn coffee-stained Bob Krieger editorial cartoon. 🖌️

Cycling to work this morning on Mt. Doug X road I heard a giant crunch and saw a huge dust cloud--a tractor trailer on a slick curve crashed into Galey Farms on Blenkinsop.

Current Port Renfrew wave gauge. Black line is predicted, red line is actual. Wave was predicted at 11:30 pm but you can see the waves don't get jaggy until 1 am. Not enough to raise water level-just a couple of cm--but noticeable on the graph.
