As a U of O alumni, I can empathize with that sentiment!

This is what keeps me much happier. I grew up in Portland, but live in Bend now.

Here’s what else he’s missing: People on the left don’t generally hate Trump supporters. We hate Trump and those he uses to break the law. OTOH, Trump voters seem to really hate Democrats on a visceral level and DJT encourages them to. And the worse off they are for their vote, the more they hate.

Anyone who claims the survivors were a threat to US security will not hesitate to call peaceful demonstrators at home the same. Excuses being spewed by people like Cotton are not just outrageously wrong - they are a path to normalizing violence against anyone for any reason.

I am Tim’s biggest fan. This interview was a huge disappointment.

This is what has been driving me crazy about the whole discussion. The media and others are discussing the event as if all the strikes are legal, which they clearly aren’t. We need to reframe the narrative.

How’s that bus treating you, man? Hard to have sympathy for someone who would follow a clearly illegal order.
