Student who was shot in the stomach in a mass shooting at her high school in Santa Clarita, CA in 2019 was locked down in her dorm at Brown tonight. "I chose Brown because it was a safe community for me to be in. I liked Rhode Island. I felt safe here."

Do you think perhaps she just forgot to follow up after asking her kid? I forget to reply all of the time if I need to do any kind of follow up. Hope that’s the case for #1!

Are you sure every state? A friend of mine is in process and she was under the impression that she’d lose the stipend and the daycare voucher and the diaper support (she still wants to move forward).

Oh wow. They still provide stipends for adoption? That’s the one good sounding thing I’ve heard they’ve done.
