​Yesterday, an ICE agent took the life of U.S. citizen Renee Good on the streets of Minneapolis. It is clear we are facing more than a policy failure. To see officials like Kristi Noem vilify the victim as a "terrorist" is a stain on the public office they hold.

In 2019, at the age of 48, I had heart surgery to repair a hole in my mitral valve that I was born with. For my whole life, this condition was considered pre-existing and not covered by health insurance.

When the ACA removed that barrier, it changed everything for me and my family.

Did you know that Austin Community College has a free tuition pilot program for high school grads? We need to think about how we resource CCs to educate our students and workforce for AI.
