I finally found joy and motivation in sport through running: 5 sessions a week, races, competitions, and real progress. Now, I have to go from 20k steps a day to under 5k, and I can’t do most physical activity. It’s frustrating and frankly heartbreaking. I never thought I’d feel that way about sport
