Failure to respond will be taken as a resignation. Musk is eliminating career professionals from government, just as Hitler did in 1933. This is a direct Nazi Playbook move using work-based loyalty tests to justify mass purges by demanding written proof of contributions or immediate removal. Using the process to eliminate opposition and install loyalists.
