A friend of mine got right crossed and hit by car while in the bike lane. She got the old “sorry, I forgot to look” excuse. But let’s give them some credit, they didn’t flee the scene.

I think it’s a fair question: if they don’t achieve the goal of 40% ridership, who does the burden of traffic management fall onto? What is the plan? What will we do and who will pay for it?
