Witnesses say a doctor was at the scene and tried to help the woman who had been shot, but ICE agents refused to let him through. Around 10–15 minutes later, an ambulance arrived but was blocked by ICE vehicles occupying the street.-FOX 9 Minnesota

They are now killing citizens and lying its self defense, telling a woman to move her car and then shot in the face because she did, the video abhorrent. Convict now!!!!
