My parents hiked Berg Lake in the 1970s (which is why they named me Robson) and I don’t think they even booked anything at that time. Just went.
At the lake they met a documentary film crew who had helicoptered in and the producers were shocked that a couple from Winnipeg had made it up there. 😅

One of the reasons I love live call-in radio shows is for moments like this.
