Another penchant of mine … Red Kites we are blessed in Yorkshire to be close to two of the reintroduction sites for these fabulous birds they’re now very well re established and thriving well and spreading out slowly but surely 👍

This little lady was a new one for me. It’s a juvenile female Common Reed Bunting she was a little bit skitty but was being intimidated by the Goldfinches although to be honest I suspect most small feeder birds are!

People have asked me about the wooden post pics it’s a car park at Brayton Barff near Selby in North Yorkshire UK it’s free easy to park and puts various birds and Squirrels as far away as the bonnet/hood of the car. Obviously being busy they have an extra tolerance for noise and disturbance 👍

One of my favourite places The Mach Loop in North Wales … a chance to get up close and personal with the militaries finest pilots! 😍 Sadly no longer in service a Panavia Tornado roars low level through the loop!

Squirrels are like marmite you either love them or hate them!
Personally I find them to be quite obliging creatures especially when the cameras out! 👍
