In 2019 Shoni did her first major costume-prop work on Mischief Comedy‘s Magic Goes Wong, turning a 6-foot cuddly teddy into a fearsome beast with the magic of paint and eyebrows!

Day 1: Paintbrush! In my years as a painter & decorator my glosswork (always by brush, never by roller) was flawless I began this year renovating the house where my great grandad once lived and Shoni ended the year decorating for her sister in time for the arrival of our new niece.

Back in the day I cracked out a fair few of the makes Lesley Judd showed us on telly. Having an educator (and frustrated artist) for a mum was a bonus. But even better, I had THIS: The BP Make, Cook and Look Book, and I made EVERYTHING. No action man was ever so well kitted out 😃

The Ha Ha Bonk Book was the absolute Daddy. A lifelong love of stupid jokes and puns began here.
