Yeah, I've heard lemon and tea is pretty good, and I really need to try that more often; I've never been much of a tea person, but maybe I need to be!
As a follow-up, I tend to try to do too much to sound excited and stuff, and that tends to strain it quicker; what do you do to do that w/o strain?
