I have learned that the get lots of people with chest pains, and many of them are "fine", but in your case, including the EKG, the sweating, the nausea, the PAIN etc should have got you to the cath lab quickly. THAT is the failure. I don't know what your troponin levels were when you arrived....

The really scary part is that so many of these issues have emerged in the past 5-10 years. How many people have died because of this? I am glad you weren't one of them.
