Užupis, Vilnius: This artistic neighborhood declared itself an independent republic in 1997! Its famously quirky constitution includes: A dog has the right to be a dog, and a cat is not obliged to love its owner, but must help in time of need.

I joined the #NoKingsProtest because I love my country. I marched to protect the Constitution, our freedom of speech, the right to due process, and so much more.
