Just listen to their accents, LOL. You hear similar accents in Minnesota, North Dakota, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan

I would say Cajun food like a good gumbo

The dinner I had on the City of New Orleans train was a good shrimp gumbo, but I could tell that the shrimp was freeze-dried, LOL. The breakfast on the Texas Eagle was scrambled eggs and sausage with a cup of coffee

Being seated with strangers is common practice in Amtrak dining cars as well. Riding Amtrak, I once had a dining car dinner on the City of New Orleans and a dining car breakfast on the Texas Eagle

Curling is definitely more Canadian than American, LOL, though interestingly enough, when I was a carny, I worked 3 county fairs within Wisconsin and Minnesota that had curling courts on the grounds

It was ironic that the only kid that sincerely flirted with Charlie Brown was the tomboy with a nerdy girlfriend. I would recommend The Peanuts Movie, though, as he gets a great happy ending in that one.
