It was a privilege to honour our singer Paul Simpson, who sadly died in November 2023, at the Barbican last Friday. Our former singer and talented jazz musician James Taylor wrote a beautiful song, 'Temps Perdu', in memory of Paul. We performed it in the presence of members of his family.

🎶 Music Fun Fact 🎶

In 2013, a performance in Boston set a world record with the largest orchestra ever assembled—8,097 musicians played together, including strings, brass, percussion, and choirs. A literal wall of sound! 🎻🎺🥁
