What does “working with Trump” look like? Because only the most naive people aren’t aware that means bending the knee and groveling. Zelenskyy tried to work with Trump. Trump treated him exactly the way every governor should expect to be treated. I was a Whitmer fan, but that set exposed her.

The absolute devastation that @chuckschumer.com is about to inflict on D.C. by supporting the GOP’s continuing resolution is hard to overstate. Massive cuts to schools and law enforcement. Teachers laid off en masse. Basic city services may grind to a halt because we *cannot spend our own money.*

From what I understand it’s a 4,600sqft area that used to be a post office location and is currently vacant. I expect more to follow.

I’ve been trying to understand the impact as well.
