If you find a recording, let me know; I have been looking for one for YEARS. I know the Folger Library in DC has one, but you have to go there in person to access it. It's my favorite modern play and I would LOVE to be able to watch it whenever I want to!

No! It's from a specific fine-dining chef he knows of. And it's a British recipe, so it's all in metric measurements, so it wouldn't be in inches (which was my first thought too). Could be a misprint of some other kind, though, because half a centimeter just makes NO sense lol.
