I sure hope so, it's my first new job in almost 7 years and I really like the people I work with and the company culture, but that's a big part of why the lack of confidence hits as hard as it does

far enough into my new job that I'm doing self-starter work and trying to prove my competence

still early enough into my new job that I do not have confidence in my ability to do the job and when there's a lot of critical feedback the impostor syndrome hits very hard
