The death penalty is not something the prosecutors can seek regardless of her “instructions”. Capital Punishment is not an available punishment in New York. This is a perfect example of how this administration is a circus constantly barking at us for attention and virtue signaling. Ship of fools.🤡

The math doesn’t foot- 800x 5B= 4T. The Federal budget is ~$7.5T net like the 500 bucks the DODGEshow will save. And with all that spending we still don’t get universal healthcare or affordable housing. The solution is decidedly less simple than taxing 800 companies.
