I dont really mean bigger games only. If I exclusivly play Indie games released in the last 10 years I would have more quality games than the whole 360 library had, without any bloat. 360 had great stuff but theres so many releases now compared to back then. The quantity+quality is insane.

The average Game is much more interesting and complex nowadays, but people only remember mass effect and new vegas and not all the mediocre stuff. Also we dont have games running at a stable 23-30 fps anymore.

Really weird that ms is not doing the yearly 2 bucks price increase like netflix. Almost like the higher ups want to force higher short term revenue to cover AI expenses 🤔

Funny enough later you get equipment with like 1k defense and similarly high stats. Kinda makes every attribute investment a joke compared to that. Especially since defense soft caps at like 2-3 per point.

The switch 2 is by far the most expensive way to play games though. Console is the same price as xbox/ps and (first party) game prices never get discounted. Paying 80 for mario kart world in 2030 seems like a rough deal for non financially secure people/families.
