unfortunately i don't believe in davejade. i love their dynamic and i do think they would love each other but something about them feels like it will fall apart in a way that will cause both of them a lot of damage and will break their friend group for a while.

i think karkat goes into a type of heat monthly but dave's sex drive stays pretty consistent. i don't actually think dave is all that horny in general. he loves karkat and thinks karkat is hot, but his depression fucks with his hormones and libido and the ptsd doesn't help.
