God I hope not.
Anyone saying this is either lying or placing that taxation elsewhere. At this point most taxes we have are staying. No administration is removing these things overnight and unless they saying where the money coming from clearly they just want yuh vote at all costs. Don't fall for it

At this point Bajans will vote for any party who promises to drop Vat back to 15% (across mobile services as well) and remove the FX tax!

I would love VAT and the FX tax to go away. Maybe the FX tax has more likelihood of being shifted, but I also worry about where they place it. Just want folks to be mindful of how politicians take advantage of our pain to gain power and then never act in our best interests at times.
