That’s a great comment. I thought about mentioning songs like Jeremy, Nutshell, Adam’s Song, etc … that would be praised less than a decade later. But it was getting too long. If I had thought to write something succinct like “the Ledge was Jeremy before Jeremy was Jeremy” I could have done it
