Imagine watching two men clinging to wreckage the middle of an ocean and then dropping a bomb on them.
Who you have to be to do that is someone without any empathy, conscience, dignity or capacity for shame. You have to be someone utterly bereft of a moral code.

In most places in this country that’s first degree premeditated murder.
I am opposed to the death penalty and always have been, but if anyone outside of a law enforcement uniform/not under color of state authority did this, it would be life imprisonment without the possibility of parole AT LEAST.
